(de preferat, invelit in folie de aluminiu). Se fierb doi pumni de orez, se spala cu apa rece, apoi se amesteca cu bucati mici de castravete verde, se adauga curry se se amesteca intr-o tigaie incinsa cu ulei de masline si se stinge cu putin sos de soya. Pe gratarul incins se pune fielul de ton peste care se presara cimbru, coriandru, nucsoara si cateva picaturi de tabasco.Se asorteaza in farfurie langa orez si cartof. Peste cartoful taiat in doua de toarna iaurtul amestecat cu menta si usturoi pisat.
